Memorial Day cookout

As we celebrate those who made the ultimate sacrafice on this Memorial Day. We gather together with our families to enjoy time together and honor the fallen hero's. Today we took time out to smoke a pork shoulder, pork butt, or Boston Butt or whatever you prefer to call this pork delicacy. O'Callaghan's Spiced Rubs Savory rub seasoning was on point today! The Savory rub seasoning was just right. All or our friends and family loved the sweet and spicy flavor that had them coming back for more. It was a great day with family featuring our hand-blended, family owned seasoning company. -O'C
