At O’Callaghan’s Spiced Rubs your complete satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products we want to hear from you! Please email us ocallaghansrubs@gmail.com with any questions or comments. 

FOOD AND PERISHABLE ITEM RETURN POLICY - We’re sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. ALL FOOD AND PERISHABLE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

NON-FOOD ITEMS RETURN POLICY - O'Callaghan's Spice Rubs can only accept returns on new and unopened product or defective products. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back. Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.

All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these are missing, you will be charged. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RMA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. , example below:

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

O’Callaghan’s Spiced Rubs will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days with instructions on how to return your ordered items.
